§ 101.08. Planting in street right-of-way.

Latest version.

No bush or shrub shall hereafter be planted within the street right-of-way, except within the center parkways on divided streets. Any bush or shrub now within the street right-of-way, except as above provided, shall be removed. Penalty, see § 101.99.
