§ 102.06. Enforcement.

Enforcement Agency. Enforcement shall be implemented by the Akron Health Department which shall establish a telephone number through which all complaints by citizens relating to violations must be verified and then called back before a complaint is taken. Records must be kept of complaints and of the name, address, and telephone number of each and every complainant.
