§ 103.04. Public notice and hearing by Council.

Council shall conduct a public hearing on the application. Within thirty days after the City Council receives the application and the Mayor's recommendations relating thereto, the Clerk of Council shall notify the public that the application is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council and is available for inspection by the public during regular business hours. The notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in at least one newspaper of general circulation in the City of Akron, and shall also indicate the date and time of the public hearing thereon to be conducted by City Council.
