§ 103.06. Revocation of community entertainment designation.

All or part of an area designated as a community entertainment district may lose this designation as provided in Revised Code § 4301.80 and in this section. The City Council, after giving notice of its proposed action by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in at least one newspaper of general circulation, may determine by ordinance, that all or part of the area fails to meet the standards described in Revised Code § 4301.80 and in §§ 103.01 through 103.05 for designation of an area as a community entertainment district. If the City Council so determines, the area designated in the ordinance shall no longer constitute or be designated a community entertainment district.
