§ 90.06. Waiting period.

No physician shall perform or induce an abortion on a pregnant woman until twenty-four hours have elapsed from the time the pregnant woman, and one of her parents or her legal guardian whose consent is required in accordance with § 90.04(B), have signed the consent form required by § 90.05, and the physician so certifies in writing that such time has elapsed.
