§ 90.10. Emergency.

The following provisions of this chapter shall not apply where there is an emergency need for an abortion to be performed or induced such that continuation of the pregnancy poses an immediate threat and grave risk to the life or physical health of the pregnant woman and the attending physician so certifies in writing:
