§ 93.02. Bureau of Fire Prevention.

A.

A Bureau of Fire Prevention, in the Fire Division of the city, is established.

B.

The Chief of the Fire Division or his designee shall be the Chief of the Bureau.

C.

The Bureau shall consist of a Chief Inspector and as many other fire prevention inspectors as are authorized by Council.
