§ 93.121. Special inspections, services and events.

Any person requesting an inspection of any existing building or part thereof, or requesting or required to have any other special services or special events of whatever nature which require Fire Prevention Bureau presence shall be charged a fee for such special inspection, special service or special event on the basis of time consumed by each inspector or authorized person performing the services at the rate of the overtime rate for a lieutenant for each hour or fraction thereof rounded up to the nearest dollar.
