§ 93.17. Service of orders.

The service of such orders as mentioned in this code may be made on the owner or occupant of the premises, either by delivering a copy of same to such occupant personally or by delivering the same to and leaving it with any person in charge of the premises, or in case no such person is found on the premises, by affixing a copy thereof in a conspicuous place on the door to the entrance of the premises and by mailing such copy to the last known address of the owner or occupant.
