§ 93.50. New materials, processes or occupancies.

  • The Superintendent of Building Inspection and Regulation, the Chief of the Fire Division, and the Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall act as a committee to determine and specify any new materials, processes, occupancies, or trades which shall require permits, in addition to those now enumerated in this fire prevention code, including the Ohio Fire Code, as adopted in § 93.04. The Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall post such list in a conspicuous place in his office, and shall also maintain in his office details and descriptive drawings showing approved and acceptable methods of storing, handling, or protecting such materials.
