§ 93.58. Exterminators and fumigators.

No person shall fill any building with a fumigant or exterminant or with exterminating or fumigating gases until notice is given to the Fire Chief, which notice shall state the location of the building to be fumigated or exterminated and the exact time the gases are to be released.
