§ 93.67. Storage of flammable and combustible liquids.

An above-ground storage tank of flammable or combustible liquid shall be removed when its continued existence in its present condition creates a distinct hazard or nuisance due to changes in the applicable codes, or changes in the condition of the installation or surroundings that would violate the provisions of this chapter.
