§ 94.28. Asphalt mixing plants.

No person shall operate an asphalt mixing plant or any other similar plant in the City, if the sand, dust, or lime rock dust from the blower of such plant is forced into the open air to the detriment or annoyance of the people residing in the vicinity of such plant.
