§ 94.30. Inspection of premises for nuisances.
A.
It shall be the duty of the Department of Neighborhood Assistance, acting through its properly authorized employees, when it is deemed necessary in order to secure or preserve the public health, safety, and welfare to enter onto private land or other property of any person within the City, on the premises or into the house, factory, workshop, or other place of any person within the City to ascertain any nuisance that may exist there under Article 2 of this chapter.
B.
It shall be the duty of the Department of Public Health through its properly authorized employees, when it is deemed necessary in order to preserve the public health and safety, to enter onto private land or other property of any person within the City to ascertain all nuisances that may exist under Article 1, 3, 4 and 5 of this chapter.
