§ 94.65. Capacity of septic tanks.

  • Every septic tank shall have a working capacity sufficient to serve the building for which it is intended or to which it is connected and shall be approved by the Director of Health or the Director of the Division of Sanitation. However, no tank shall have a capacity of less than one thousand gallons. Penalty, see § 94.99.
