§ 96.03. Hours.

A.

Except as provided in subsection B of this section, no person shall enter or remain in any park lands or buildings owned and operated by the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless a permit for use during such hours has been issued by the Director of Neighborhood Assistance, or unless the hours of operation have been extended or reduced by the Director and notification of such change is conspicuously posted in the park affected thereby.

B.

No person shall enter or remain in any of the following community park lands or buildings owned and operated by the City between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless a permit for use during such hours has been issued by the Director, or unless the hours of operation have been changed by the Director and notification of such is conspicuously posted at the park affected thereby. The community park lands hereinabove referred to in this section are: Elizabeth Park, Firestone Park, Forest Lodge, Hyre Park, Joy Park, Mason Park, Patterson Park, Perkins Woods Park, Prentiss Park, Reservoir Park, Summit Lake Park and Northwest Park.
