§ 97.38. Railroads.

No railroad company or any employee thereof shall permit the use of toilets and lavatories on cars or flush out or wash cattle cars whereby the sewage or human or animal excrement may be discharged into the Cuyahoga River or any watercourse tributary thereto or onto the surface of the ground at any point from which contamination may reach the river or any watercourse tributary thereto within twenty miles of the corporation line of the City and upstream from the water supply intake of the city.
