§ 97.40. Enforcement.

The Director of Health shall enforce the provisions of §§ 97.35 through 97.39 and he is authorized to establish and enforce suitable regulations and to provide for the regular patrol of the areas affected thereby. Such regulations shall include the prohibition of camping, hunting, bathing, boating or fishing on Lake Rockwell and the waterworks property adjacent thereto, except that, with proper restrictions, fishing may be allowed on that branch of the reservoir known as Pippin Lake.
