§ 98.214. Rights of individuals.

    No Discrimination. A provider shall comply at all times with all applicable laws relating to nondiscrimination.

    B.

    Equal Employment. A provider shall adhere to the applicable equal employment opportunity requirements of law, including but not limited to Akron City Code or Ordinances, Section 34, as now written or as may be amended.

    C.

    Privacy. A provider shall adhere to subscriber privacy laws.
