§ 98.28. Construction materials.
All sidewalks constructed or repaired within the City shall be of portland cement concrete, except that, with the approval of the Director of Public Service:
A.
Asphaltic concrete may be used on a sidewalk right-of-way when used in the construction of driveways where no sidewalk installation exists.
B.
If portland cement concrete sidewalks are constructed in front of the property, asphalt installation within the limits of the sidewalk right-of-way in the driveway must be replaced with portland cement concrete. Penalty, see § 98.99.
