§ 98.30. Depth of concrete.

A.

All sidewalks constructed, replaced, or repaired in areas zoned as a U1, H1, or A1 District, as defined in the Zoning Code, shall be constructed with a minimum of four inches of concrete in depth, except for those portions of the sidewalks used for driveway purposes and driveway approaches, which shall be a minimum of six inches of concrete in depth.

B.

All sidewalk construction or reconstruction in areas other than areas zoned as a U1, H1, or A1 District, as defined in the zoning code, shall be a minimum of six inches of concrete in depth. Penalty, see § 98.99.
