§ 98.66. Street name signs.

There shall be placed at the expense of the City at the corners of all corner lots or lands, the names of the streets so intersecting, and it shall be the duty of the owners of all buildings on any of the streets or avenues, to allow to be placed thereon the proper names of streets.
