§ 98.91. Investigations.

If the Planning Commission approves the acceptance of the private street under the conditions of § 98.90, the Department of Public Service and the Department of Planning and Urban Development shall make an investigation of the private street to determine what improvements, if any, should be made before Council considers the proposal.
