§ 111.234. Fencing.

No person shall wreck, dismantle, or store for commercial purposes the wreckage of parts of vehicles or any junk or any used building materials on any open lot or parcel of ground not enclosed within a fence which is of tight board construction to withstand a thirty-pound per square foot wind pressure and which is not less than seven feet in height.
