§ 111.345. Itinerant retailers to carry license on person.

A.

At the time of the issuance of the badge required by Section 111.344, the City License Clerk shall issue to the grantee a license. The license is to be carried on the grantee's person while he is engaged in business as an itinerant retailer. The license shall be valid from April 1 and shall automatically expire March 31 of the following year.

B.

Any person engaged in business as an itinerant retailer on private property, belonging to another, must have the written permission, on a form to be prescribed by the City License Clerk, of the property owner. The itinerant retailer shall carry the form with his itinerant retailer's license while he is engaged in business as an itinerant retailer. Penalty, see § 111.999.
