§ 111.444. Cleanliness of buildings, materials, and receptacles.

  • No person owning or having possession, charge, or management of any building or premises used in whole or in part as a storehouse, market house, tannery, tallow chandlery, slaughterhouse, meat packing establishment, rendering establishment, bone crushing establishment, soap boiling establishment, or place for the manufacture, storage, treatment or handling of fertilizer, chemicals, glue, tar, dead animals, hides, bones, shell, blood, scrap, fat, grease, or other animal or vegetable matter, or in which building or on which premises any other traffic, industry, or operation is conducted, shall permit such building or premises or any part thereof or any utensil or implement, receptacle, or substance contained therein or thereon to become foul, nauseous, offensive, or in any way a nuisance or detrimental to the public health.
