§ 111.463. Sunday operations—Proximity to schools.

A.

No person shall cause or permit a hall, room, rink, or ground used for roller skating by the public to be used for the purpose of roller skating by the public on Sunday between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

B.

No person shall cause or permit a hall, room, rink, or ground used for roller skating by the public to be located closer than one hundred feet to any church or school. Penalty, see § 111.999.
