§ 111.501. Purchases from minors—Hours of operation.

  • A.

    No person shall receive, by sale, barter, exchange, or otherwise, any article mentioned in this article from a minor under the age of eighteen years. Whenever a secondhand dealer has reason to know or believe the seller, purchaser or exchanger is under eighteen years of age, he or she must require that person to produce sufficient articles of identification to establish his or her age.     B.

    There shall not be any purchase from any person or persons between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on every day of the week. Penalty, see § 111.999.
