§ 111.541. Compliance required.

No taxicab company, taxicab driver, transportation company or transportation driver shall operate any taxicab or transportation service within the City except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Each taxicab or transportation company shall provide taxicab or transportation service throughout the City.
