§ 111.563. License renewals and transfers.

A.

Renewal. Thirty days prior to the expiration of each day labor pool temporary employment agency license, the licensing agent shall mail a license renewal notice to the licensee. The office of the Licensing Agent shall then issue a renewal license upon payment of a nonrefundable renewal license fee of two hundred dollars per location.

B.

Transfers. No license for a day labor pool temporary employment agency may be transferred to a purchaser or lessor of a day labor pool temporary employment agency without verification to the office of the Licensing Agency that the purchaser or lessor acquired more than fifty percent of the value of the day labor pool temporary employment agency.
