§ 111.577. Inspection requirements.

Latest version.

No license shall be issued until a certificate of approval has been delivered to the License Clerk from:
A.

The Health Director stating that the premises have been inspected and are in compliance with health regulations in regard to the sanitary conditions;

B.

The Fire Chief stating that the premises have been inspected and are in compliance with the fire code.

C.

The Chief of Police stating that the theatrical exhibition or show is in compliance with the laws of the City and state. Penalty, see § 111.999.
