§ 111.593. Metal plates.

Upon successful application by the tow truck owner, the License Clerk shall issue a license and, as evidence thereof, a metal plate bearing the tow truck license number. The metal plate shall be not less than eight inches long and six inches wide and shall be of contrasting colors as determined by the License Clerk annually. The metal plate shall be affixed to the front bumper of the licensed tow truck. Penalty, see, § 111.999.
