§ 110.11. Billposting.

  • A.

    No person shall nail, paste, stick, or in any other manner attach any sign, device, poster, handbill, or placard of any description upon any wall, door, or bridge or upon any public or private building or other structure, without the consent of the owner, occupant, or person having custody or control thereof, or nail, paste, stick, or in any manner attach any sign, device, poster, handbill, or placard of any description upon any post or pole used for the purpose of carrying electrical conductors.

    B.

    This section shall not apply to the posting of any handbill or notice of any public sale of property by any sheriff or constable, or to the posting of any notice required by law to be posted.

    C.

    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Penalty, see § 130.99.
