§ 111.025. Closing hours—Sundays.

No owner or keeper of a billiard or poolroom or an arcade shall permit the same to be or remain open between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any day in the week, or permit the same to be open on Sunday between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No such owner or keeper shall permit any person to play at the game of billiards, pool, or on the coin-operated amusement devices in the arcade between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day in the week or between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
