§ 111.065. Duties of Police Chief.

    It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police, using the information required to be furnished under § 111.064, to cause to be typewritten or printed on or before February 1 of each year, a list alphabetically arranged showing:

    1.

    The names of all persons or firms registering under § 111.064;

    2.

    The telephone numbers of persons or firms registering;

    3.

    The schedule of charges of those registering. Copies of such list shall be furnished forthwith to the custodian of the County Jail, the Clerk of the Municipal Court, and the Presiding Judge of such Court and to the main control desks of the uniformed Traffic and Detective Sections of the Police Division for posting in a conspicuous place.

    B.

    When a person in custody in such place of detention requests any officer in charge thereof to furnish him the name of a bondsman, such list shall be shown to the person so requesting and such officer shall not make any suggestion or influence in any way the person in. custody with reference to the choice of a bondsman.
