§ 111.101. Franchise required.

Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to operate a community antenna television system within the City shall not do so unless and until a franchise for such operation has been obtained pursuant to such City Charter provisions as relate to public utility franchises. Penalty, see § 111.999.
