§ 113.15. Inspection fees.

For inspections and tests made by the Division of Weights and Measures, the Weights and Measures Superintendent shall charge, collect, and pay to the City Treasurer the following inspection fees:

A. For test of motor truck and axle scales (each test)	$100
B. For test of concrete and asphalt hatching plant scales (per device)	$65
C. For tests of noncommercial scales, 2,500 pounds and under (each scale)	$30
D. For testing of weights, commercial and noncommercial:
Per hour	$15
Minimum charge	$15
E. For test of tank truck meters (each meter)	$50
F. For test and certification of any other measuring device not enumerated above (per test)	$30
