§ 137.26. False information.

A.

No person in applying for a license as a manufacturer or dealer shall give false information or offer false evidence of his identity.

B.

No person shall give false information concerning the matters referred to in § 137.21(A) or concerning his age or his name and address, or offer false evidence of his identity when purchasing a pistol.

C.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Penalty, see § 130.99.
