§ 137.27. Obtaining weapons by theft or fraud.

A.

No person shall procure or attempt to procure any firearm, regardless of dollar value, by theft, fraud, violence, or threat of violence.

B.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Penalty, see § 130.99.
