§ 151.23. Allotment standards for residential low density land use areas.

If the zoning ordinance identifies the areas as U1, H1, A1 Single Family Residential Use District and the land use development and guide plan recommends very low density residential, the following rules shall apply: The maximum number of dwelling units permitted shall be three per acre.
