§ 78.03. Acceptance—Recording.

The written application of the company shall be recorded by the Clerk of Council in connection with the ordinance granting the right, but before the ordinance takes effect the company shall file with the Clerk of Council an unconditioned acceptance in writing of the terms of this chapter and the terms of the ordinance, which acceptance shall be recorded by the Clerk of Council in the manner hereinbefore provided.
