§ 94.12. Kites and balloons near airports.

A.

No person shall fly any kite or moored balloon above one hundred fifty feet within one mile of any airport.

B.

No person shall fly any kite or moored balloon within one mile of the end of any runway of any airport or within one thousand feet on either side of the centerline of such runway. Penalty, see § 94.99.
