§ 94.13. Dust in public parking grounds.

No owner or operator of a public parking ground in the City for the parking of motor vehicles by the general public shall fail to cause the same to be treated at frequent intervals with a dust-laying substance to prevent the raising and spread of dust. Penalty, see § 94.99.
