§ 98.51. Establishment of grades.

Latest version.

All grades hereafter established shall conform to and be fixed with reference to the datum plane mentioned in § 98.50. In case discrepancies are found between the current datum plane and the former datum plane, the datum plane mentioned in § 98.50 shall govern.
