§ 98.56. Fees.

For giving the grades and setting stakes provided for in this article, the Director of Public Service or his authorized agent shall charge and collect from each applicant a fee of fifty dollars per lot. Only one permit fee shall be charged for contiguous lots if all lots are to be staked at the same time. All funds so collected shall be credited to the Engineering Bureau Rotary Account.
