§ 98.55. Sidewalk grade.

In the case of an application for the grade of a sidewalk, the Director of Public Service or his authorized agent shall give the grade of the points of intersection of the lot lines with the street line on the side on which the lot abuts, and the grade of the curb on the side of the street at the points of intersection therewith of such lot lines extended. Giving the grade for a sidewalk shall be governed in all respects by this article.
