§ 111.349. Use of loudspeakers on vehicles.

No person shall use a loudspeaker on a vehicle, trailer, or bicycle for any purpose on any street or alley of the City after 8:00 p.m. or before 11:00 a.m. Nothing in this section shall be construed to preclude the application of § 110.10 or § 132.16 of this code. Penalty, see § 111.999.
