§ 111.461. Inspection—Compliance.

No license for a roller skating rink shall be issued unless the owner of the rink complies with and conforms to the ordinances and health and fire regulations of the City and unless such rink is a safe and proper place for the purpose for which it is to be used. As a prerequisite to the issuance of a license, an inspection shall be made of the premises by the Fire Division and the Public Health Department. An approval must be had from each of such agencies.
