§ 153.502. Permitted land uses.

Uses to be permitted shall include the following in the various use classification districts as delineated on the zoning map under Section 153.220.
A.

Residential-Multifamily. Maximum density: one unit per one thousand square feet;

B.

Retail business;

C.

Commercial;

D.

Ordinary industry; and

E.

Semipublic.
