§ 52.15. Covered properties.

The owners of the following types of properties shall participate in the combined refuse program or obtain similar services for the pickup of combined refuse from a private hauler licensed by the city:
A.

Single-family, two-family or three-family freestanding buildings subject to rules and regulations promulgated by the Director of Public Service.

All units in a two-family or three-family building must subscribe for curb service and be responsible for all payments.

2.

Buildings which face in such a direction that each owner or occupant has curb space in front of the unit which is identifiable to the unit. Penalty, see §52.99.
